Job Description:

The Talent Development Center of Excellence (COE) is looking for a proactive team member to support them in the administration of the COE activities.

The principal job duties include:

­• Administration of talent development processes and programs

­• Support facilitators hosting training events including course registration, course preparation, and participant support

­• Create and maintain a global course calendar of functional and leadership development classes

­• Reconciliation of accounts and general bookkeeping, including but not limited to A/P, A/R, invoicing, and generating monthly financial reports

­• Maintain and update information in databases

­• Assist higher level staff in the preparation of most complex ad hoc statistical summaries and reports as requested

­• Organize and schedule meetings, activities, events, and training sessions

­• Assist with communicating and answering customer queries related to TD procedures, policies, and guidelines

­• Additional responsibilities as required to ensure the TD COE delivers outcomes to the business in a timely manner

­• Compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
