What you’ll do:

Liaise between finance and IT to maximize effectiveness of data sources and quality; designs and codes predictive and other mathematical analyses.
Lead development and production of cost, revenue, and utilization reporting, incorporating both internal and external benchmarks.

Develop predictive models and algorithms to assess and predict payment outcomes within health plan data.
Conduct comprehensive data analyses to identify anomalies, trends, and areas for improvement.

Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of developed models and algorithms.
Provide oversight on model monitoring and refinement to adapt to changing business requirements and data patterns.

Oversee the documentation of methodologies, data sources, and assumptions to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analyses.
Present comprehensive reports on findings, model performance, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What you bring:

7+ years of relevant work experience
Extensive knowledge of spreadsheets and relational databases
- Financial/accounting and statistical concepts as well
Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other technical subject highly preferred.
Proficiency in SSRS, SSIS, and SQL highly preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare data
High level of analytical ability necessary to identify, analyze and interpret healthcare trends and communicate actionable insights
Ability to compile, write and present high-quality oral and/or written presentations and reports to JHHC/JHM senior management, physician leadership, clients and oversight boards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information relevant to a project to senior management
