You Are:

The Offering Lead will shape and execute offering strategy. Using in-depth industry knowledge and a solid foundation of Edge and Cloud-Based Technologies, they deliver market-leading Intelligent EDGE offerings and/or assets for Accenture and our clients.

Using exceptional management skills, Offering Managers orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams that create differentiated Intelligent EDGE offerings. Role priorities include:

+ Define end-to-end Edge Industry Solutions and experiences for employees and for users.

+ Help clients activate their edge journey through focused workshops for Edge Strategy, Edge Use Cases and Business Case / Value Narrative.

+ Harvest Assets & Accelerators to support client conversations and sales enablement

+ Offering activation through compelling narratives and professional content that spans a variety of mediums including Web, PowerPoint, Video, Blog, etc.

Role Responsibilities: 

+ Shape EDGE offers by integrating insights from market research and SMAs to ensure industry-specific relevance and innovation. Understand competitive landscape.

+ Continuously gather and apply insights from Sales, Account Teams, and clients to refine solutions to directly address client-specific challenges.

+ Play a key role in enhancing the business capabilities of Accenture’s Edge Services and generate ideas and opportunities for growth in the identified verticals.

+ Ensure all services within the EDGE portfolio are represented with clearly articulated value.

+ Collaborate with Innovation Leaders and Influencers from existing Innovation Labs, Industries and Functions to create PoCs and Working prototypes for Edge.

+ Actively collaborate with Cloud Providers, OEMs, ISVs and other key partners for joint go-to-market activities.

+ Bring offerings to life for account teams and clients through professional go-to-market materials and compelling storytelling through various mediums (e.g. Stage 0 materials, Web, Videos, Blogs, Reinvention Console, etc.)

+ Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

+ Uses own judgment to find optimal solutions to recommend. Figures out methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.

+ Individuals in this role will collaborate with C-level Executives, Sales Leaders, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, as well as Industry Client Account Leads and other Account Executives. Generally, interacts with supervisor, peers and management levels at a client and within Accenture.

+ Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.

+ Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 5+ years' experience in Pre-Sales, Sales and/or Offering Development

+ Experience in Storytelling, Content Design, Writing, Editing, etc.

+ Experience in Market Research

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience at large consulting firm or engineering firm or cloud provider company.

+ Experience in one of the following: Cloud, Connected Product and Enterprise, Infrastructure Engineering, Smart Manufacturing, Software Platform development, ISVs, Telecom Networking.

+ Experience designing and leading client workshops.

+ Experience with Service Management and Agile delivery methodologies.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
