**Responsibilities**

This role drives our Total MCAPS, operating expenses (OPEX) and profit and loss (P&L) deliverables across Close, Forecast, and Planning in line with our quarterly financial accountability; Oversees our community of Finance Managers across MCAPS Regions and Core Organisations; Leads our end to end MCAPS Rhythm of Business across the critical cycles, as well as execution on other management priorities.

In this role you will be accountable to:

+ Deliver timely and accurate business insights for OPEX financial forecasting, budget and close cycles.

+ Drive accountable P&L management and identifying growth opportunities within our MCAPS P&L in close partnership with other finance and business stakeholders.

+ Perform ad hoc financial analysis and data support for business teams and finance leadership.

+ Drive the monthly MCAPS Finance Controller community engagement

+ Coordinate MCAPS P&L Planning across multiple stakeholders, landing structured processes and feedback loop

+ Drive executive reviews and discussions regarding MCAPS OPEX results Key Competencies & Skills

**Qualifications**

**Required/Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field

+ OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field

+ OR equivalent experience.

**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**

+ 8 years progressive relevant experience in similar field.

+ Proven ability to partner, build trust, communicate with and influence executives; ability to make the complex simple and influence through effective story telling

+ Team player with advanced collaboration and partnership skills

+ The ability to manage across organizational boundaries, influence others and build on the work of others

+ Understanding of financial reporting and reliable analytical and structured thinking, reinforced by demonstrated Excel modeling skills, and proficiency with advanced Excel functions and charting capabilities

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
