**Job Description**
This position will directly supportthe Strategic Automated Command Control System (SACCS) Acquistion Programas they plan, manage and set up future acquisition systems and future components programs needed for Programed/prospective upgrades to the MMIII ICBM and future Sentinel Program requirements. To successfully accomplish this, the MMIII requires a Systems Engineer with a willingness to lead, learn, and contribute in a fast-paced environment. The applicant must possess high energy and a strong motivation to make a difference. They must be comfortable working with multiple and fast changing priorities. The ability to switch tasks and multi-task with minimal disruption and without constant supervision is a must. Managing multiple project technical inputs and interactions with mission partners is also anecessity skillset.
Our team includes existing staff with extensive expertise in the current Minuteman III weapon system and actively participates in ongoing studies and assessments for furture systems updates.Duties will include providing expert technical advice and support to the government leaders and engineers on SACCS acquisition systems engineering aspects throughout the acquisition cycle. This position will directly handle technical reviews as well as creation, review, and assessment of documents, architecture, and engineering proposals. The understanding of, and potential application of, evolving technologies supporting the program environment is a key aspect of the position.This team member will assist in the day-to-day engineering operations of the SACCS Acquisition Lead Engineer including technical status tracking, meeting support, development, and management. The position interacts with government customer staff and senior leaders in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Headquarters Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, as well as other MMIII team partners. This team member will also coordinate and integrate actions with project managers, engineers, logisticians, testers, and external agencies.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
BS with 12 years experience or MS with 10 years of experience in, Electrical Engineering, physics, or mathematics required.
6 years of progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of hardware and software systems/processes. 2 years experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.
Must have a current (within last 6 years)Secretsecurity clearance or higher and be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.
Knowledgeable with Zero Trust design concepts.

Capable of creating and critically reviewing Router, Switches and HAIPE configurations.
Familiar with electrical engineering design, schematic capture and analysis tools.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
Knowledge of Digital Engineering or Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) is desirable.
Electrical engineering and an understanding of networking.
Experience with integrating requirements into existing acquisitions lifecycle phases, milestones, and deliverables using systems engineering principles and methodologies is desirable.
DoD acquisitions program experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge or experience working with systems engineering tools.
Proficiency using office software such as Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is highly desirable.
Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communications skills in addition to sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with government customer and company personnel.
Familiar with Agile project management processes.
Knowledge of network verification testing and cyber testing.
Working knowledge of 7-Layer Security Model for networks, protocols and services on each layer.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $115110 - $195660
