**Who We Are**

This position is in Server Technology and Pathfinding, which is part of Intel's Data & AI group (DCAI). Our focus is on silicon processes, technology, and circuits to drive improvements in performance, power, and area (PPA) for server, datacenter, and AI products. By leveraging advanced technologies, circuits, tool flows and methodologies, we strive to elevate the performance and quality of all Intel Products.

**Who You Are**

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

+ Oversee definition, design, verification and documentation for SoC (System on a Chip) development.

+ Perform circuit design for standard cell libraries and study the impact of std cell libraries in digital design blocks.

+ Contribute to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits.

+ Perform all aspects of the SoC design Flow from high level design to synthesis, place and route, timing and power to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing.

+ Analyze equipment to establish operation of infrastructure, conduct experimental tests and evaluate results.

+ Review vendor capability to support development.

**Qualifications**

You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science6+ months of experience in: Design flow tools - Synthesis, APR, power, timing, RV

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience in Digital/Analog design with circuit simulation expertise

+ Experience in Standard cell circuit design and Layout

+ Experience in Scripting languages like Python, TCL, Perl

+ Experience in Data Analysis Tools e.g., JMP, R/R-scripts, Python

Xeon and Networking Engineering (XNE) focuses on the development and integration of XEON and Networking SOC's and critical IP's sustain Intels Xeon and 5G networking roadmap.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $91,500.00-$137,436.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

**Working Model**

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. *** Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.**
