Job Summary
This position is part-time with some weekends required IN-OFFICE.
Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food Catering/Suites Sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client-centric manner.
+ Assist with the collection of accounts receivable
+ Maintain tracking of client catering credits
+ Maintain confidential personnel files.
+ Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers.
+ Complete and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
+ Process invoices for payment - using the computer.
+ Assist in the preparation of end-of-month financial reports.
+ Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment; ability to perform the job safely.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
+ Catering Experience is preferred
+ Hospitality Experience is preferred
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or hospitality is preferred.
+ Must be detail-oriented
+ Experience working with high-volume requests
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ The ability to conduct market research will be essential
+ Ability to build rapport with prospective clients
