**What are we looking for?**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ A minimum of 2 years hotel General Manager OR 5 years Hotel Manager experience managing a full\-service property with $20M or greater in revenue\.
+ Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to maintain market share and revenue performance index \(RPI\) in response to new competitive hotel openings\.
+ Experience managing a full\-scale renovation\.
+ Passion for building engaging service cultures, mentoring and developing high performing teams\.
+ Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue\.
+ Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and community partnerships\.
+ Performance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results\.
