Program Manager, Project Controls

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 2 years of experience in Program Management, specifically related to project controls (cost, schedule, contractual) for capital expenditure programs and analysis.

+ 2 years of experience in Risk Management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks in multi-stakeholder projects.

+ 2 years of experience with construction and financial tooling platforms (eBuilder, SAP, P6, Primavera, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience in Network Operations or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

+ Experience with P6 Primavera.

+ Expertise in managing programs and stakeholders within a complex, matrixed organization, particularly within Data Center Program Management.

+ Knowledge of Construction Management and experience with operational implementations across multiple sites/locations.

+ Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, program teams, and operations personnel.

+ Ability to identify trends, patterns, and draw insightful conclusions from multiple data sources.

As a Program Manager, you will focus on overseeing and controlling mission-critical retrofit programs, ensuring they meet strategic objectives within budget and schedule. You will leverage your expertise in program management, data analysis, and risk management to drive successful project delivery and provide insights to leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Develop and implement comprehensive program controls plans, including cost, schedule, and risk management, across multiple stakeholder groups.

+ Manage and track a portfolio of project costs, schedules, and risks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and providing guidance to mitigate risks.

+ Analyze data to identify trends, measure portfolio performance, and provide insightful conclusions to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

+ Provide guidance and direction to Regional Project teams and stakeholders on program parameters, expectations, and risk mitigation strategies.
