As Cloud Solution Architect, you will gather customer/partner insights and leverages these insights to design architectures, provide expertise/guidance, develop, propose and deliver Microsoft solutions to achieve customer/partner business outcomes and drive to completion the resolution/unblocking of their issues, resulting in accelerated consumption. This opportunity will allow you to leverage knowledge of the products, services, and value propositions of Microsoft and its competitors in customer/partner conversations to identify growth opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
+ Act as the voice of the customer and partner by identifying and sharing feedback on technical capabilities, blockers, and insights with internal teams.
+ Demonstrate basic technical concepts and support customer skilling needs through design collaboration sessions and discussions on technical delivery with stakeholders.

+ Microsoft best practices, applying methodology and governance to minimize risks and ensure quality.

+ Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
+ 1+ year(s) work or internship experience involving cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
+ OR equivalent experience.
**Preferred Qualifications **
+ 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
+ Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
Cloud Solution Architecture IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $66,900 - $135,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $89,600 - $148,200 per year.
