Administrative Program Coordinator I - Center for Brain Health/Neurology

As an Administrative Program Coordinator, your work directly supports the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives. Serving as a liaison across various departments, you will identify opportunities to facilitate an efficient workplace, manage travel policies, assist with RightFax digital faxing projects, support Research/Grant Biosketch pages and more. **A caregiver in this position works days from 7:30AM - 4:30PM or 8:00AM - 5:00PM.**

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

+ Lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.

+ Update, monitor and manage databases.

+ Develop scorecards/milestones to track progress and analyze project improvement and progress.

+ Report discrepancies and variances.

+ Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.

+ Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.

+ Attend meetings and records key outcomes.

+ Support all office administrative functions.

+ Develop and maintain updates.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

+ Associate's Degree and two years of administrative experience OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field

+ Specific licensure based on department

+ Healthcare or related organization experience

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

+ Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

+ In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds

**Personal Protective Equipment:**

+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $18.88

Maximum hourly: $28.80
