**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**
It is the primary responsibility of the Lounge Server to expedite guests’ drink orders and provide beverage and bus service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
+ Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
+ Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
+ Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
+ Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
+ Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
+ Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
