Job Summary

Location: Adobe, 3900 N Adobe Way, Salt Lake City (Lehi), Utah

Oversee daily operations of a corporate cafe, managing team performance, client relationships, profitability, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Direct financial operations and budgeting for the cafe.

+ Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure contract retention.

+ Collaborate with chefs to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to 600 daily patrons.

+ Implement culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.

+ Act as a liaison between the company, clients, and community.

+ Manage a coffee bar operation with a focus on safety, hospitality, and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ BS in Hospitality Management preferred.

+ 3-5 years of foodservice management experience.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and business skills.
