Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Model Based Systems Engineer, Senior** to join our team in the **Lexington Park, MD** area. This is a on contractor site position.

+ Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems

+ Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation

+ Applies systems engineering experience to perform system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management

+ Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to requirements of military weapons systems

+ A Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree is required; a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Technical or Scientific area plus four (4) years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree

+ Candidates must have a minimum of four (4) years recent and relevant Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering/Digital Engineering applications and technology

+ Experience using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator

+ An active interim Top Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract.

+ Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.

+ Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS, ZOOM).
