The Lincolnton, NC Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center is located approximately 30 miles from Charlotte, NC. This facility employs 400+ full time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along with 12,000 SKU's. · Responsibilities;
.1. Overall jumbo slitting / machine operator
.2. Accuracy for jumbos / slit rolls consumption
.3. Optimization of equipment and the use of
.4. Following BPS/5S/HSE rules
.5. To make suggestions and recommendations about improvements
· Duties
.1. Complete set up and operation of Jumbo Slitter
.2. Accurate consumption of materials BPS/5S/HSE standards to follow
.3. Multi tasking (pre and post processing)

· Knowledge / Skill / Experience
.1. Possesses basic mechanical skills
.2. Basic mathematical skills (measurements, standard, metric)
