Position title: **eCommerce Marketing Senior Manager**

Location: London (Hammersmith), UK

Reports to: Director, eCommerce

Contract type: **Fixed-term** , full-time, hybrid working system

**Your Role & Team in a Nutshell**

As an eCommerce Marketing Senior Manager, you will lead a team of 6 organized between Customer Marketing, Omni-enablement and Retail media roles and responsibilities. Your role is to influence, strengthen and support the team in their key deliverables with the capacity to facilitate internal discussions and processes, and to report and articulate insights to leadership. **You will focus in delivering the Amazon consumption plan for 2024 and planning the 2025 budget** , **facilitating the retail media strategy leveraging the latest agency / Saas platform integration & insights, and driving cross-functional projects** with priority into Newell Marketplace strategy, Digital merchandising capabilities and Assortment principles.

You will be a member of the EMEA eCommerce Cluster, which acts as Center of Excellence for the EMEA region.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

+ Manage a team of higher performing Customer Marketing Managers/Associates (6 people)

+ Ensure that the team creates high-value consumption plan with a deep understanding into their assortment, activation and promotional strategy and build a strong understanding of their competitive environment and market share performance.

+ Partner with Regional Marketing and Cluster Marketing to ensure cohesive programs considering all channels and sides of the business, using your expertise to support how Amazon fits within this

+ Play a pivotal role in driving the Amazon consumption plan, working closely with the Amazon sales lead and Cluster leads to align regional priorities and Amazon role to play in EMEA.

+ Coordinate the 2025 budget planning from a consumption perspective with a deep understanding and clear articulation of the 2025 opportunities and challenges for all Business Units.

+ Oversee the Marketing budget management and allocation. Ensure the team is allocating it in line with defined priorities and collaborate with Finance to secure internal reporting.

+ Manage one Retail Media manager and support in driving the media activation plan which delivers the best value for the segments. Facilitate agency relationship and processes, and the implementation of smart insights and automation enabled by the SaaS platform integration.

+ Manage one Omni-enablement manager and support in prioritizing, driving, and delivering the cross-functional projects in line with the defined priorities. Collaborate closely with the regional marketing and CMD leads to deliver new digital merchandising capabilities and facilitate the curated assortment implementation.

+ Support the team into internal and external conversations with agencies, internal clusters, etc. acting as an expert and reference for the eCommerce channel.

+ Partner with content team to secure AB Testing, Claims and brand equity

**What You'll Need**

**Minimum:**

+ Proven, direct and hands-on Ecommerce experience (with preferred experience with Amazon)

+ Experience building and delivering a large-scale consumption plan.

+ Cross-functional team management experience

+ Direct team management experience

+ BS/BA or University degree in Business or similar field

**Your advantage:**

+ Strong quantitative ability and comfort with data driven decision processes

+ Experience with finance notions of P&L, budgeting process, & cost estimating
