Job Description:
The Person hired will be responsible for Sales and Business developmental activities of Printer Market Vertical in South India based out of Chennai. He/she Shall Promote brand experience concept with different stake holders in the printer segement including Printers,Converters,Printers OEM, Understand customer pain area's, analyse and develop innovative solutions. Expand customer and channel base. Identify New segments and promote New Products. Develop and Maintain Key Accounts relationships.
Handling and managing the respective Channels & their teams. Appointment of Reseller/Traders for 3M sales of products for South Geography. Incorporation of product specification along with Graphics Manufactures to Create new Accounts. Coverage of assigned Market / area, demonstration of products & presentation to target Customers. Conducting seminars to create awareness and differentiation of the products. Shall Demonstrate advanced understanding of customer’s requirement, markets and business challenges.
Develop Opputunity hopper and manage it through Sales Automation tools. Forecasting, sales plan development, marketing plan execution with growth mindset. * Achieve targeted sales volumes and value for assigned territory on monthly and year-on-year basis. Channel sales team training, development and managing account receivable. Shall collobrate with cross functional teams for customer service and complaint management.
