**Job Description**

Cintas is seeking a skilled Copywriter - Marketing to join our team and play a key role in developing compelling copy for marketing materials across multiple platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your creativity, strategic thinking and writing skills to engage our internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and messaging strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience.

• Write clear, concise and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, product descriptions, internal brand communications, employment brand materials, recruiting assets and promotional materials.

• Adapt tone, style and messaging to suit different platforms and target demographics while maintaining consistent brand voice.

• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to inform content development and ensure relevance and differentiation.

• Collaborate closely with designers, photographers and other creative professionals to integrate copy seamlessly with visual elements and enhance overall impact.

• Work collaboratively to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and alignment with campaign schedules and product launches.

• Stay up-to-date with best practices in digital marketing, SEO principles and content optimization techniques to maximize the effectiveness of marketing copy across online platforms.

• Work with our eBusiness team to evaluate and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and content to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS), email marketing software and social media management tools.

**Skills/Qualifications**

Requirements:

• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility and proficiency in writing for various platforms and audiences.

• Solid understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies and consumer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into effective messaging and communication strategies.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously learning and improving.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.

• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a copywriter in a marketing or advertising agency or house marketing team
