**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\.

**What your day\-to\-day will be like:**

+ Work with Hilton cross\-functional teams to understand property management systems business requirements and help provide guidance towards technical solutions to meet those requirements\.
+ Work closely with our technical team to translate the technical solutions into system functions and features\.
+ Ability to perform some level of User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are ready for deployment\.
+ Ensure every sprint item is properly developed, tested & released to production\.

**How you will collaborate with others:**

+ Be an engaged member of a software engineering team, working closely with business team members daily, identifying their needs, and documenting effectively\.
+ Work with our technical partners to help deliver enhancements and fixes on the property system in a timely manner\.
+ Use a customer\-centric approach, able to influence, create, and manage business and technology processes\.

**What projects you will take ownership of:**

+ Analyst for deploying new features and fixes into various modules of the PMS system $PEP$\.

**WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT**

**You have these minimum qualifications:**

+ Professional work experience in Technology or related field
+ Experience capturing requirements from stakeholders and cross\-functional collaboration
+ Basic understanding of database design and development\.
+ Basic understanding of various technologies including but not limited to AWS Cloud solutions, Microservices, and API management\.
+ Basic understanding of user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical specifications\.
+ Experience in Agile methodology best practices and familiarity with Agile software tools such as JIRA\.
+ Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule out of one of our three US corporate office locations $McLean, Dallas, Memphis$
+ Travel up to 10%

**It would be useful if you have:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
+ Three $3$ years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
+ One $1$ year of full\-cycle software development in an Agile environment
