Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a fully cleared medical Case Manager who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting medical services for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Virginia. **In this role you will:**

+ Support Case Management services for injured, ill or recovering clients,

+ Accurately collect and record utilization metrics and provide monthly reporting,

+ Utilize stellar communication skills to assist the client in understanding the administrative requirements needed for reimbursements,

+ Shall perform ad hoc duties as per the Program Manager discretion,

+ Pursue job accommodations as appropriate and understanding of the process gain approvals,

+ Formulate timely case reports, to include presentation of factual information and analysis of such.

**Required Security Clearance:**

+ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

**Required Experience, Skills, and Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience in home health care and/or mental health facilities is applicable.

+ Experience with care delivery, psychosocial support and reimbursement systems.

+ An understanding of rehabilitative strategies.

+ Ability to establish working relationships and effective communication with professional personnel of various backgrounds.

+ Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

+ Previous experience in writing factual, clear, and concise reports, to include situational analysis.

+ Ability to maintain daily scheduled activities and effective time management skills.

+ Decisive and efficient decision-making skills.

**Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:**

+ Nationally recognized current board-certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM) from the Commission for Case Management Certification, and/or a willingness to obtain such certification.

**Pay Range:**

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
