Certified Epic HB Analyst

**CTG is seeking a certified Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst to join our team through the end of March.**

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing denials and follow-up processes, as well as expertise in Single Billing Office (SBO) workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of various aspects of hospital billing, including bankruptcy, deceased accounts, payment plans, refunds, client accounts, and patient estimates build. Additionally, proficiency in handling flat file imports with third-party vendors is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Analyze and manage hospital billing processes using Epic Resolute HB.

+ Handle denials and follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution.

+ Implement and optimize SBO workflows related to bankruptcy, deceased accounts, payment plans, refunds, client accounts, and patient estimates build.

+ Coordinate and manage flat file imports with third-party vendors.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and workflow efficiency.

+ Provide training and support to end-users on Epic HB functionalities.

+ Generate and analyze reports to monitor billing performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications:**

+ Certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing.

+ Proven experience in managing denials and follow-up processes.

+ Expertise in SBO workflows, including bankruptcy, deceased accounts, payment plans, refunds, client accounts, and patient estimates build.

+ Proficiency in handling flat file imports with third-party vendors.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80.00/hour to $95.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
