Onboarding Specialist - PRO HR

Cost Center: 953092 This position will provide Human Resources support services to all Kettering Health Network employees with a high level of effectiveness, efficiency, and a focus on customer service. This position will coordinate and support the candidate onboarding process for new hires and transfers. The Specialist will compile and prepares job information for advertising of open positions. Schedule interviews, handle reference checks, and maintain applicant database. Provides overall administrative support to the employment/recruitment area, including maintaining, processing documentation and records.

Job RequirementsMinimum Education

+ High School Diploma. Associates Degree preferred.

Minimum Work Experience

+ 3 years of related experience
