Join a team that designs, verifies, integrates and tests complex Integrated Circuit (IC) products within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be responsible for customer technical support of Honeywell’s Space Microelectronics portfolio of Radiation-Hardened ICs, including products, processes and technologies, in support of the organization's business strategies. You will develop new products and processes in support of the organization's business strategies. You will be responsible for interfacing with customers, running simulations, synthesis, test, and preparation of documentation. You will work closely with world class hardware engineers during planning, requirements and architecture, design, test, and integration phases. You will participate on project reviews and audits.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
The annual base salary range for this position is $154,000- 180,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics
+ Eight years of ASIC development and deployment experience
+ Ability and willingness to work on-site at the Honeywell Plymouth, MN facility (zip code 55441)
+ Previously held USG Secret security clearance in good standing, or, no known barriers to achieve a USG Secret security clearance is required
WE VALUE
+ General experience in ASIC concepts and design
+ Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
+ Background in BIST, Design For Test (DFT), physical synthesis, static timing analysis, and/or power analysis.
+ Direct experience with Synopsys toolset (ICC2, PrimeTime, Lynx) is a plus
+ In-depth knowledge of logic synthesis and functional verification, and how constraints are used throughout the design flow.
+ Strong background in Linux and scripting languages.
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and data organization skills
+ Self – starter, motivated and takes initiative
+ Strong technical problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and web navigation
