As a Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of semiconductor equipment in our facility. You will ensure that our equipment is operating efficiently and effectively to support our manufacturing operations. With your strong leadership and technical expertise, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest level of equipment performance.

You will report directly to our Equipment Maintenance Manager and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by:

- Leading a team of maintenance technicians to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor equipment.

- Developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, standards, regulations in all maintenance activities.

- Managing equipment spare parts inventory and coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective equipment maintenance.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and strategies to minimize equipment downtime; managing service agreements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.

• Manage equipment spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.

• Coach and develop team members and their individual development plans.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

• Experience with budget management.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment troubleshooting and repair.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
