Maintenance Supervisor

Direct Hire opportunity available for Journeyman Maintenance candidates in Monroe, MI!

The Advance Group has partnered with a growing company in Monroe, MI currently seeking a Journeyman Maintenance candidate for a Direct Hire opportunity!

Maintenance Technician job duties include:

Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
Repairs or replaces defective parts.
Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.

Requirements of Maintenance Technician include:

Government or company-sponsored apprenticeship program or degree preferred.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Compensation for Maintenance Technician:

Yearly salary is based on experience
