Service Delivery Incubation Analyst

The Service Delivery Incubation Analyst leads and contributes to long-term strategic workflow standardization, quality improvement, and product optimization in order to improve operational performance of a global content moderation workforce.Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). + Identifies, assesses and resolves complex business problems issues and provides alternative scenarios.

+ Planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures within the area of responsibility, through interpretative judgment of overall policies and goals.

+ Accountable for developing and managing key internal/external client relationships across sphere of influence.

+ Provides and implements business focused solutions within time and cost constraints.

+ Juggle multiple ongoing projects at one time, while meeting critical deadlines

+ Creation of comprehensive key documentation to support efficient and effective operations

+ In depth understanding of the product’s trust and safety policies, including certification of review procedures and remaining up to date throughout changes/updates

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 3 year of experience in content management operations

+ 1 year of experience in operations delivery or project management

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience working with Global Teams

+ Process improvement

+ Supervisory experience, such as helping with training, providing feedback, planning workload, managing productivity, etc

+ Familiar with Generative AI

+ Strong data analysis skills such as identifying and reporting on trends to clients

+ Proven communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders, including internal and client stakeholders

+ Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands on experience

+ Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills

+ Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies

+ Self-directed within broad goals and strategic direction in satisfying organization or client objectives.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
