Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience with security in threat modeling, incident/emergency response, Operating System (OS) hardening, vulnerability management, engagement testing, or cryptographic concepts.
+ Experience with Android applications, the Android operating systems (OS) and frameworks or other mobile operating systems.
+ Experience working in Security and Privacy engineering organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience with operating systems.
+ Experience and subject matter expertise in security and privacy and delivering privacy or security solutions.
+ Experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), System on a chip (SoC) and carriers and with multiple teams in multiple timezones.
+ Experience in managing technical projects, with engaging resources and priorities.

In this role, you will launch and maintain security use cases for both our ecosystem partners and Google devices and products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Plan and guide engineering programs that deliver new security and privacy capabilities within the Android platform.
+ Coordinate across internal teams including feature engineers, product management, release management, and external parties including Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), System on a chip (SoC), vendors.
+ Partner with engineering teams to deliver analysis solutions that ensure the Android ecosystem is protected against known issues and supply chain risks.
+ Manage relationships with internal and external partners, be an advocate for our security programs and help institutionalize new security practices.
+ Utilize a data motivated approach, making use of appropriate metrics and dashboards, to monitor and motivate program success.
