**Job Description**

**Please note this position supports our Weekend Night Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5PM to 5AM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 15% pay premium.**

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Must be familiarize with Dage X-Ray and understand what to look for as a Xray tech knowing the quality criteria for good BGA component including BGA- rework, clear understanding of Maximum acceptance for voids, insufficient solder, excess solder, bridging, non-penetrated pins or missing pins acceptance and tolerance for a board barrow fill per and a clear understanding of all criteria for IPC-610 and the compliance. Understand that every circuit board process and the process for BGA rework is carefully inspected using Dage X-ray systems to ensure the BGA rework meets the highest quality levels.

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $39219 - $62751
