The Work:
+ Analyze manufacturing processes, production and quality operations and design SAP Manufacturing solutions at the client.
+ Design end to end processes between SAP S/4HANA and Manufacturing Execution systems, data flow and integration.
+ Drive SAP Manufacturing implementation projects, providing expert support throughout the process and ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Conduct workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices.
+ Lead the design, configuration, customization, build, test and deployment of SAP Manufacturing solutions, focusing on SAP PP and SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM)
+ Design and implement integrations with the equipment to streamline manufacturing operations and provide operational insights.
+ Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP-related issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance across manufacturing environments.
+ Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Accenture Manufacturing offerings.
Here’s what you need:
+ Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Manufacturing solutions including SAP Production Planning (PP), SAP Manufacturing Execution, Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence, Plant Connectivity (PCo), including a proven track record of successful end to end SAP implementation projects.
+ Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing Execution and Insights, Configuration, Production Process Designer modeling, Digital Manufacturing APIs
+ In-depth knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Master Data, Transaction Data, Integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing Solutions
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years total work experience). An associate’s degree requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Bonus Points if:
+ Experience with SAP Quality Management, understanding of Quality master data, planning and inspection management.
+ Experience with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and its integration with manufacturing processes.
+ Experience with Manufacturing Data Analysis, KPIs and Reporting and ability to provide insights
+ Understanding of Open Platform Communications (OPC) Server and integration with shopfloor automation systems
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
