Communications Video Producer Sr. Associate

The Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) team is looking for a Multimedia Communications Sr. Associate to support video production needs across CCB. This candidate will be a key member of the CCB Multimedia Center of Excellence team, creating videos, animations, motion graphics and other multimedia assets for internal and external channels, including web, social media, in-person events, and digital signs. This role will be responsible for producing engaging content in accordance with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects operate smoothly and contribute to the overall video and multimedia strategy.

As a Communications Video Producer you will possess a passion for creativity and storytelling, is lead by curiosity. You will balance multiple workstreams, and will deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced work environment. In addition, you will possess strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills, and be able to collaborate across the team and create materials that re-enforce key communication objectives.

**Job Responsibilities:**

As a member of the Consumer and Community Banking Communications team, the Multimedia Communications Sr. Associate will work closely with colleagues across communications to support key initiates and event happening throughout the year.

+ Produce, plan, film and edit original video content for internal and external platforms

+ Own projects from start to finish and identify new and topical content ideas, as well as contributing to developing and executing distribution strategies

+ Participate in meetings with senior business leaders and client stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and manage stakeholder needs and expectations

+ Lead the content approval process, including sign-offs, contracts and releases, to mitigate risk and ensure compliance

+ Maintain video archives, legal and compliance documents and retain documentation that all content meets ADA compliance (transcripts, closed captioning, etc.)

+ Manage local vendor relationships and coordinate on agency video projects, ensuring video content meets quality and brand standards

+ Assist with podcast production, including editorial, audio production, and distribution

+ Consult with teams across Consumer & Community Banking to provide guidance on videos for conferences, recruiting, senior leader meetings, etc.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**

+ 6+ years of experience creating compelling video content in a similar role (corporate environment, agency, news, television); Bachelor's degree in media communications or similar discipline required

+ Strong design aesthetic in composition, typography, and color usage

+ Very strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills

+ Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities

+ Strong production skills including DSLR videography, audio recording and knowledge of various lighting techniques

+ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition required

+ Proven track record managing the video production process through the development/ideation, pre-production, production, post-production, and promotion/distribution phases

+ Experience developing visual content for various social platforms

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment

+ Strong understanding of video formats and best practices for web & digital application

+ Knowledge of copyright clearance, trademark, intellectual property licensing and fair use

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**

+ Animation, storyboarding, still photography expertise

+ Animate, Character Animator, Illustrator, Photoshop
