**Compensation Data**

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

**Job Description**

The Technical Services Manager will primarily be responsible for supporting our Clients in New York State, predominantly in the downstate areas. This individual shall be responsible for technical support of client facilities, with an emphasis on energy-efficient operations. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Identify and implement energy conservation opportunities, and help facilitate the implementation of projects, initiatives, and programs that reduce energy consumption and demand.

+ Develop cost and payback analyses for identified initiatives.

+ Develop detailed technical reports and participate in Client presentations of findings.

+ Data evaluation and interpretation.

+ Participate in meetings with facility service contractors and demonstrate appropriate level of technical capabilities.

+ Troubleshoot system operational issues that impact system operation and energy efficiency.

+ Utilize effective management skills and communication to deliver results.

+ Capable of developing technical reports that can be effectively communicated.

+ Technical Operations and Maintenance assistance.

+ Assist our Clients in meeting the requirements mandated State and Federal energy efficiency programs.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field, with minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management and/or energy engineering. Degree requirement waived with 10 years technical experience in operations and maintenance of high scale power plant equipment.

+ CEM certification is a plus

+ Must have a strong HVAC and/or controls background and experience working on large scale centralized boiler plants, chiller plants and HVAC systems.

+ Must possess an excellent working knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and have the capability to perform investigations of Energy Management Control Systems / Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems and to recommend and implement advanced control strategies.

+ Strong problem solving, communication and collaborative team building skills.

+ Must have excellent verbal and writing skills (a recent writing sample is required).

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software: Excel, Word, Power Point.

+ Must be willing to work in NYC and located within reasonable commuting distance; driver?s license and access to a vehicle are essential requirement for this position.
