**Job Description:**

This job is responsible for working independently in the distribution of debt or equity products to an assigned account base. Key responsibilities include determining which products best meet client's needs and developing new approaches to meet client's needs and market dynamics. Job expectations include leading a sales team under the international context.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manages client engagements, account management, complex deals, and/or emerging solution opportunities with clients

+ Analyzes market relationships and current market conditions to identify opportunities to increase account and market penetration

+ Provides financial services advice to clients to determine which products best meet their needs

+ Develops and executes strategies for increased account connectivity and production, in partnership with trading, other product areas, client management, and across the larger organization

+ Assists in cross-selling activities by coordinating efforts between various coverage points and identifying gaps

+ Generates analysis for clients related to custom financial derivatives and quantitative investment strategies to assist clients in determining which products would achieve their business goals

+ Monitor ongoing market trends, evaluate market information, and identify customers and opportunity types to sell Commodity Derivatives to sophisticated Institutional clients across all client segments including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Pensions, Endowments, Foundations, Family Offices, Insurance Companies and Private Banks in the Americas

+ Price and execute commodity derivative transactions across the commodities complex with Institutional Commodities clients

+ Identify new Institutional Commodity derivatives clients in the Americas

+ Aid in strategic planning for this client business

+ Work with members of Commodity Sales, Structuring and Trading on a daily basis to generate increased revenue for the Team, including helping with idea generation to strengthen the overall platform

+ Identify, create and review all trade ideas and client marketing material

+ Run derivative pricing models with the goal of adding value to them and other trade processes over time

+ Liase with support partners across the organization on pre and post trade matters to ensure strong front-to-back client experience

+ At least 5-7 years of Institutional Commodity Sales and/or Structuring experience in Commodities Derivatives is preferred

+ Distinguished written and oral communication skills

+ Strong interpersonal ability in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment

+ High proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
