**CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Support Representative – End User Services role for our client in Barboursville, WV.**
**Location:** Barboursville, WV
**Duration:** 7 months
**Duties:**
+ Provide first-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
+ Document incidents, problems, and resolutions accurately within the ticketing system.
+ Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
+ Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
+ Support software installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting for business applications.
+ Follow established procedures and meet service-level agreements (SLAs) for issue resolution.
+ Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
**Skills:**
+ Strong technical troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and networks (2 years).
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a metrics-driven environment (2 years).
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced support environment.
+ Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
**Experience:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience in an end-user services role.
+ Experience working in a structured support environment with defined SLAs.
+ Previous experience in a help desk or service desk role is preferred.
**Education:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).
+ Additional technical certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
**Additional Requirements:**
+ Ability to obtain public trust clearance.
+ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
