Business & Integration Architecture Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Pittsburgh, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business & Integration Architecture Senior Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, and the job duties are as follows:
+ Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients’ program/project specifications and objectives.
+ Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
+ Gather and analyze information to define project specifications and requirements, and review design specifications.
+ Identify functional changes for new or existing features to meet the business requirements.
+ Write functional specifications, use cases, and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.
+ Work on solution, strategy, and functionality, and demonstrate functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.
+ Provide solutions to complex business problems, which are implemented by the team.
+ Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
+ Be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for areas of responsibility.
+ Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
+ Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field, plus 7 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Full life cycle implementation in SAP or ERP SCM (Supply Chain Management) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management);
+ Consulting analysis and design of business processes in SCM and CRM;
+ Working with teams to provide services to clients, and coordinating with Oracle Corporation to resolve business issues;
+ Implementation in SAP or ERP;
+ Experience in the Consumer Goods Industry with skills in SAP: transportation management, extended warehouse management, logistics execution, advanced returns management, advanced ATP, and billing;
+ Leading the Order to Cash technical workstream through design, build, test, and implementation;
+ Leading the Order to Cash technical workstream with specific integrations including Uber freight, CASS, Fuel Breakthrough, DLX, BY, and EDI warehouse; and
+ Experience implementing SAP Advanced Intercompany on S/4.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
