**Data Entry**

**Location: Lexington, KY**

**Pay: $15.00 HR & Great Benefits **  

** Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00am- 7:30pm (8 hour shift + OT maybe required)**

**About the Role**

- Having the availability to accept any schedule within business hours. There will be occasions when it will be necessary to work after the shift’s end to complete the day’s work

- Keying information found on claim forms into the claims program, using the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as a guide

- Matching documents to claim records based on information in the document and criteria found in the SOP.

- Recognizing key words in a document and using those to determine the type of document provided as stated by the SOP.

- Recognizing when work is not flowing correctly in the workflow and communicating that to the Supervisor.

-Reporting any system issues to the Supervisor so that they may be resolved.

- Using the first 2 numbers of a document name item, recognizing what types of documents are available to be processed. Following Standard Turn Around Time guidelines (TAT) will then determine which workflow they should be working.

- Reviewing work graded by Quality in any areas that need improvement. Working with the trainer and SOP to gain an understanding of the errors so that they may maintain a “B” average or higher.

+ Must Complete and pass a background

+ Must be 18 yrs. of age or older.

+ Must have a High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
