**A Day in the Life**
Please join an exciting and growing space within Medtronic’s Global Peripheral Vascular Health businesses as you directly impact the development and success of the commercial clinical and sales force through best-in-class training and education. The Project Coordinator III role will be responsible for working with the PVH training team, US Sales Enablement Director, PVH and Sales Leadership to coordinate programming needs and provide administrative support to the team. The role is based out of the Medtronic Peripheral Vascular Health office in Plymouth, Minnesota or Virtual.
The primary focus of this role will be to provide support for the global training and education team and support/enhance the onboarding experience of new hires joining the US PVH field. Primary role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Provides onboarding administrative support to US new hire field roles and hiring managers
+ Hosts New Hire Welcome Calls including a review of administrative and criticalonboarding requirements
+ Supports check-in calls to address new hire questions and develops support tools, templates and resources to facilitate new hires onboarding
+ Coordinate onboarding/training sessions(in-person or virtual) with subject matter experts or assigned contacts related to sales operational programs for field administrative and territory needs (ie Sales Force, Tableua, Contracting, Compliance, etc)
+ Schedules and support New Hire Training Pathway Calls along with Training Specialists to communicate & review training requirements
+ Tracking of new hire on-boarding cadence, pathway & course completions.
+ Support the US Sales Enablement Director in coordination of programming, and supporting tactics, assignments
+ Support administrative needs of the Field Sales Trainer Program as directed by Global Training Team or the US Sales Enablement Director
+ In conjunction with sales training, US Sales Enablement Director and field leadership develop, maintain onboarding process and outline for manager roles (ie District Manager, Clinical Service Manager)
+ Manage course planning logistics for assigned programs, meetings such as attendee registrations, hotel arrangements, ground transportation, meals and other course related necessities prior to course facilitation
+ Manage expense reports and reconciliation of logistical programs costs to appropriate budgets
+ Maintain accurate training records and develop reporting templates and formats to provide visibility to metrics and summaries as requested
+ Provide general administrative support to the PVH training team, and the US Sales Enablement Director role in the areas of:
+ Develops and maintains MS Sharepoint Site, and communication templates for global training team
+ Identifies efficiencies and implementation of process improvements
+ Maintain team SharePoint sites, MS Team channels and communication templates
+ Maintaining global training calendar
+ Printing of materials needed for training programs and internal team meetings
+ Training logistical support
+ Manage training-related communications to all attendees in preparation of, during and as a follow-up to training.
+ Maintain team outlook distribution lists including global training and education partners, Field Sales Trainers
+ Ensure any HCP engagements have an active consultant agreement, request tax forms, CV and other items needed to request consultant agreement.
+ Manage communications and payments for all faculty engaged to conduct training.
**Must Have (** **minimum** **requirements)** :
+ High School diploma
+ Minimum of 4 years in a coordinator or administrative support role
+ Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
+ Problem solving skills
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines
+ Experience with virtual meeting platforms (ie Zoom)
**Nice To Have** :
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree
+ Experience managing a learning management system (LMS)
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Accuracy and attention to detail
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Self-motivated, flexible, quick learner
+ Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$52,400.00 - $78,600.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
