Director, Business Management

To help us achieve our objectives, growth, and transformation, we are seeking a **Director, Business Management** to support the CVP of **Cloud Infrastructure Solutions & Services (CISS)** . This role will drive the organization’s rhythm of business, identify and execute organizational initiatives, and implement business processes to meet strategic objectives and priorities. Candidate will excel in strategic planning, data and analytics, and business and program management to be successful in this role. **Responsibilities**

**Business Operations & Rhythm of Business**

+ Drive the development and execution of the rhythm of business and maximize use of the CVP and LT’s time.

+ Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap aligned with CISS and CO+I objectives. Plan and run the monthly program reviews.

+ Sets business priorities for the year and focus areas for each period, in collaboration with the leader

+ Drive business functions to ensure the team's operating rhythm is effective.

+ Drive prioritization and prepare the team for weekly leadership staff; drive content alignment across teams for executive review.

+ Prioritize and manage end-to-end business needs to an effectively for optimal outcomes.

+ End to end management of organization’s matrixed financial operations, including forecasting/reforecasting, fiscal planning, discretionary (training, travel, and morale), and headcount management. Collaborate with key financial and recruiting partners to execute clear, forward-looking, and well-defined financial and recruiting strategy for the organization.

+ Provide direction and support for org hygiene, culture, and diversity and inclusion initiatives in partnership with HR.

**Strategy Execution & Activation**

+ Leads strategy execution & OKR management in partnership with the leadership team across the org.

+ Facilitate execution of leadership team strategic planning, white papers, key results reviews, training, and organizational hygiene.

+ Develop and execute an org-wide engagement plan, including town halls and Employee Signals action plans

+ Serve as an extension of the CVP; prep the CVP for stakeholder and/or customer meetings.

+ Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business; create clarity on ambiguous projects and develop plans for execution.

+ Prepare and present regular status reports to executive leadership.

**Qualifications**

**Required/Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

+ OR equivalent experience.

+ 8 years of experience in leadership positions, demonstrating the ability to work closely with leadership and promote collaboration among cross-functional teams.

**Other Requirements:**

+ Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 10+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

+ OR Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 7+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

+ OR equivalent experience.

+ 5 + years people management experience.

+ 8+ years business or program management in a global manufacturing or technology organization.

+ 2+ years in business operations or data center domain experience.

+ 8+ years business or program management in a global manufacturing or technology organization.

+ 2+ years in business operations or data center domain experience.

+ Proven experience in leading large virtual teams.

Business Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
