XPay is filling a huge gap across the company. The vision is to deliver a Microsoft Wallet that is a holder of user’s cards, passwords, digital assets, and leverage these assets to meet Microsoft consumers where they are and delight them in their everyday experiences by delivering convenience and savings, earning user’s trust, and taking actions obo user. With Microsoft Wallet, users can access their digital ids and assets no matter where they are, can enjoy smart purchase experiences, and can seamlessly login and manage their credentials across all their sites and apps, and engage in the world of web 3.0. The Wallet is credible and delivers a magical and personal experience.
The XPay team delivers both a service platform and the Microsoft Wallet consumer product; these enable B2B, B2C, C2C payments in many different products and services across Microsoft. It is the enabler that lights up delightful new purchase and identity journeys and brings in user engagement and stickiness. It is what enables users to engage in the world of Web 3.0 with ease, security, and sustainability. This is a huge growth area in the industry with a 4T dollar opportunity.
**Responsibilities**
We need a Principal Product Manager with the creativity to identify and deliver on new initiatives that will capitalize on these trends and propel new business growth, work with partners across the company and external, work with the regulatory disciplines as payments is a highly regulated space and lead the project across a vteam of XPay and partner product managers, engineers, designers, user research, business function SMEs.

+ Proven track record in ideation through release of multiple successful user facing experiences in the consumer space, and applying growth approaches to grow the product exponentially
+ Experience working on innovation products and thriving in the incubation and growth phase
+ Experience software development in an online/web services environment
**Qualifications**
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/program management
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years of Product Management experience working on user facing products, spanning product leadership, product discovery, user research, competitive analysis, planning, execution, data-driven product iterations, and demonstrated product sense and collaboration skills
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/program management
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Product Management experience working on consumer products and/or Version 1 (v1) products
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
