Cloud Sourcing, Spares, Sustainability & Security (CS4) organization within CSCP manages sourcing and supply of IT hardware for the data centers. We're seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team. Well-defined and executed sourcing and supply chain management ensures reliable on-time performance, optimized cost, prevents urgent and unplanned investments, and provides accurate and timely information across the supply base and internally across the infrastructure organization. **Responsibilities**
The Supply Chain Program Manager for Network Sourcing will be responsible for managing the commercial administration requirements for our Network Hub suppliers.
This role will contribute to building expertise in, driving consistency, and leading initiatives across external suppliers and internal Microsoft finance and operations teams, in areas including, but not limited to:
+ Compliance & Audit Execution
+ Accounts Payable Reconciliation
+ Rhythm of Business management (MBR)
This role will report to the Director of Network Hub Sourcing & Supply Chain.
You will be responsible for the following:
+ Meet regularly with Network hub suppliers to review and manage Accounts Payable reconciliation, identifying blockers & working with internal teams (including Finance, Corporate Procurement, and DC Operations) to resolve invoice & payment issues.
+ Ensure commercial compliance by managing supplier payment cycles within aged payable tolerances.
+ Manage & develop relevant metrics to ensure appropriate performance management.
+ Work with internal functional teams to prepare & assemble content for monthly business reviews with all Network hub suppliers.
+ Perform audit and compliance-related tasks to ensure supplier adherence to contractual terms and requirements.
+ Monitor & manage supplier services spend; assist in developing budgets and projections.
+ Manage PO creation and invoicing approval for supplier services spend; shepherd appropriate alignment and approval in support of commercial terms execution.
+ Collaborate across appropriate internal teams to develop recommendations for optimizing business performance, particularly as it relates to payments & invoice processing.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
+ OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years in project management, procurement, or similar roles

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ MBA or similar master's degree.
+ PMP certified.
+ Proven project management/process improvement skills, effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve issues; creates actionable strategies and operational plans.
+ Demonstrates strategic thinking and leadership with strong relationship management ability.
+ Experience with inventory planning.

+ Proven knowledge of supply chain procurement processes and logistics.

+ Confident communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.

Supply Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
