THE WORK:
+ You'll schedule and coordinate inspections, trade contractors, and QA/QC meetings across multiple scopes (electrical, mechanical, utilities, civil/architectural/structural, commissioning, etc.).
+ You'll perform onsite inspections to verify contractor work complies with approved QA/QC plans, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
+ You'll manage and quality-review engineering drawings, design documentation, and specifications to ensure accuracy and contract compliance before construction.
+ You'll oversee the processing and tracking of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and permit documentation in collaboration with project teams.
+ You'll support design and construction teams by coordinating complete and accurate technical documentation for all project phases, including closeout.
+ You'll conduct site audits, punch walks, and final inspections to ensure quality deliverables and resolve deficiencies.
+ You'll track project progress and prepare reports on KPIs, project status, and quality metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
+ You'll collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain high documentation standards using platforms like Procore, BIM360, and Bluebeam.
+ You'll lead continuous improvement efforts for QA/QC processes, including root cause analysis and corrective action development.
+ You'll provide training and mentorship to project teams on QA/QC standards, documentation best practices, and quality control procedure
+ Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
+ With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
$65,000 - $90,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) OR additional four (4) years of related experience
+ Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in QA/QC for mechanical and electrical systems for data centers or other mission-critical facilities
+ 2+ year(s) of Construction QA/QC experience in large commercial construction projects
+ 1+ year experience with design and/or construction management software including
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
+ Ability to travel or relocate to project location
+ Knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, ANSI, or equivalent)
+ Familiarity with testing and inspection methods for construction materials and systems, particularly for mission-critical projects
+ Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
+ Proficiency in QA/QC tools and software for reporting, tracking, and documentation
+ Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
+ Certification in quality management or inspection (e.g., Certified Quality Technician - CQT) is preferred
+ Structural engineer, erector, and/or inspection experience
+ Concrete pre-install, install, and/or inspection experience
+ Site and architectural installation and/or inspection experience
