As a Product Manager for the Niagara Framework here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function for Tridium, an independent business unit within Honeywell. You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability specifically for the Niagara Framework. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Tridium's business.
You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer and will work out of our Richmond, VA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact shaping strategic direction, driving revenue growth, fostering innovation, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining competitive advantage, optimizing resource allocation, mitigating risks, and ensuring cost-efficiency specifically for Tridium offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop and execute offering strategies for the Niagara Framework to drive growth and profitability
•Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs for the Niagara Framework
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new versions of the Niagara Framework
•Manage the Niagara Framework’s lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
•Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities for the Niagara Framework
•Drive profitability and growth for Tridium through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
•Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends for the Niagara Framework
•Provide guidance and support to the Tridium offering management team

•Minimum of 6 years of experience in offering management or related roles
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in the building automation industry
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
•Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
•Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
