**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Drive Revenue:** Lead census development efforts to exceed revenue goals for the healthcare center.

+ **Build Relationships:** Develop and nurture relationships with hospital accounts, physicians, senior care organizations, and community partners to foster referrals.

+ **Brand Ambassadorship:** Assist with the company's branding efforts to maintain a positive community image.

+ **Community Outreach:** Plan and execute educational and outreach programs in the surrounding areas to build awareness and generate referrals.

+ **Partnership Development:** Use multiple platforms to establish partnerships and expand growth opportunities within the local markets.

+ **Strategic Planning:** Contribute to achieving facility occupancy and financial goals through market share growth strategies.

+ **Admissions Coordination:** Work closely with staff to evaluate and coordinate admissions for multiple care centers, ensuring appropriate care levels and services are provided.

+ **Business Development:** Represent the company at industry trade shows and foster new business opportunities with hospitals, insurers, and healthcare providers.

+ **Innovative Leadership:** Develop and implement new ideas to continually improve systems, processes, and outcomes, while leading a successful management team.

**Qualifications:**

+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree required; RN/LPN Nursing degree preferred.

+ **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in business development, healthcare sales, or healthcare marketing. Managed care/insurance experience preferred.

+ **Skills:** Strong understanding of public and commercial payer sources, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with referral sources and external partners.
