**Position Purpose:** Responsible for the design and direction on print creative projects. Lead and manage creative projects involving multiple members of the Marketing department.
+ Manage all aspects of print design projects and lead team creative projects
+ Provide vision, creative solutions and deliver high quality designs for all assigned tasks
+ Act as a consultant on best practices including maintaining brand standards
+ Manage outsourced vendors to deliver projects that are within budget and on schedule
+ Assist with website design projects
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Complies with all policies and standards
**Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of related experience in marketing or advertising. Experience with Desktop Publishing, Illustration and Photo Software."Pay Range: $25.97 - $46.68 per hour
