Measurement & Reporting Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensure performance is delivered through performance optimization, process improvement, quality assurance and risk management. Implement quality processes, tools, methods, and best practices. Analyze performance measures and reports.
+ Analyze designated performance measures and reports including financial, satisfaction and operational metrics. Ensure operational reports are delivered accurately and on time.
+ Analyze performance measures and reports to verify that work is performed according to established procedures and guidelines. Perform root cause analysis. Work with other functional teams to access and understand data to be analyzed. Coordinate across the organization to add reporting insights. Identify process improvement opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales reporting/analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 2 years of Account Management experience
+ Intermediate programming language proficiency in (python, c#, JavaScript)
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS)
+ Ability to extract meaningful insights from data
+ Ability to clearly present findings through reports and visualizations
+ Familiar with Sales KPI’s such as revenue forecasting, booking rates, engagement, NRR.
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools (Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau)
