You are/the work:

· Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.

· Advise clients on strategic decisions that help deliver collective outcomes on their ticketing roadmap, the CMDB transformation and platform DevOps.

· Oversee the execution and architecture across (CMDB, ITSM, ITOM).

· Provide leadership oversight and guide additional programs at a Fortune 500 client that rely on the CMDB transformation and manage dependencies.

· Oversee KPI measurement, connect RAID log across all ServiceNow programs and lead steering reviews with VP community and CIO/ CTO.

· Coordinate and manage the relationship with the ServiceNow PS, Customer Success and Product Engineering leadership.

· Lead and manage the implementation project team

· Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress

· Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

· Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies

· Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems

Here’s What You Need:

+ Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow

+ ServiceNow System Administrator Certification or in depth ServiceNow experience

+ Experience with MS Project

+ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills

+ Project Management/Delivery experience or certification in project management

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

Bonus Points If:

+ PMP or CSM certification

+ Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude

+ Proven team player and team builder

+ Strong organizational and analytical skills

+ Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture

+ A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management

+ ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification preferred

+ Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

+ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

+ Desire to work in an information systems environment.

+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

+ Excellent leadership and management skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, New York, Maryland or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
