Assistant Manager, Production Support

**Key Duties:**

+ Product Specification Management

+ Work cross functionally with Brand Marketing, ID, R & D and Softgood Engineers and Fashion for pertinent SPEC information to create SPECS (from Blank SPECS to Production SPECS)

+ Maintain SPECS (requiring updates throughout the SPEC process) and communicate with Taipei Team on a daily basis of all updates

+ Channel Requests

+ Process and/or create Channel Requests to start the Sample creation process

+ Product Reviews

+ Review and approve samples and pre-production units

+ Process SPARKS

+ Work with Brand Marketing for SPARK completion

+ Verify information when SPARK has initially been entered (Model #, Customer, etc.)

+ Create new Model #’s – adding to Flex, SPARK and SAP Systems for Graco, Aprica, LATAM.

+ Pull On Product Artwork (OPA) that will be applied to both soft goods and hard goods.

+ Enter approved materials to Flex for Graco, Baby Jogger and Aprice obtaining final material approval from Sourcing/Fashion Teams

+ Create new Soft Toys in FlexPLM and pull artwork part numbers in Windchill

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years work experience.

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

+ Experience with FlexPLM, SAP and SPARK, preferred.

+ Role requires consistent communication with Taipei office.
