**Required Skills:**
Finance Business Operations Analyst, Server Finance Responsibilities:
1. Driving our server fleet component inventory strategy by assessing business decisions around component inventory purchases
2. Owning server rack cost forecasts, which will require an understanding of server components, supplier ecosystems and market dynamics
3. Manage decisions around server component inventory positions by working with business partners to understand lead times/weeks of inventory required, financial risks and opportunities, accounting treatment and demand and supply dynamics
4. Forecast the outlook for server component cost on a quarterly basis by working closely with the business on understanding market conditions e.g. supply and demand, pricing elasticity, deals and rebates
5. Ensure cost trends and drivers are well understood via regular reporting and analysis and develop accurate forecasts to drive accountability
6. Develop tools to automate and streamline reporting, and create financial KPIs/metrics that help business partners make financial decisions
7. Present value analysis and recommendations to stakeholders across product, business and finance
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. 8+ years of experience in finance, business strategy, or a related function
9. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline
10. Experience manipulating large data sets and work with system and analytics tools (e.g. Hyperion, SQL) and turn them into insightful business recommendations
11. Experience in applicable accounting concepts and financial planning

**Public Compensation:**
$128,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
