Description:

HVAC Installer Responsibilities:

Finish all work installation within the allocated time for the job
Represent yourself consistent with Goettl standards for punctuality, experience, and appearance
Remove and replace equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Provide an amazing experience for your customer on every job
Perform all installations to the Goettl standard of picture-perfect installations
Follow the appropriate checklist for all jobs
Perform all work so that it complies to all municipal code requirements
Actively participate in ongoing technical training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
Fantastic organizational and time management skills
Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

HVAC Installer Requirements:

High school degree/GED preferred
2+ year of HVAC Installer experience
Over 18
Drivers License
EPA II or Universal Certification
OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health
US work authorization

Physical Demands:

Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, around fumes and toxic chemicals, outside and inside. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Requires local travel.
