Our Optimization Services team, part of Commerce practice, connects brands and consumers across all channels. You Are:
As a Digital Marketing Strategy leader, you will design and implement strategies that impact all aspects of Accenture’s end-to-end Retail Media offering. This would include partnering and consulting with Retailers and Brand Manufactures. Across the Retail Media ecosystem (channels, platforms, service providers, tech stack), you have deep knowledge and understanding of this space. You know how to consolidate thought leadership, insights, trends into a consolidated point-of-view and can deliver that perspective to top tier clients.
The Work:
+ Primarily responsible for leading retail media go-to-market strategies, building custom solutions that solve client challenges, and consulting with high profile clients.
+ Be the resident expert on all retail media networks maintaining platform certifications and staying up to date on industry trends.
+ Contribute to and support established best practice delivery optimization processes, client communication, and more.
+ Multi-task and manage multiple client accounts seamlessly with tight timelines and work cadence.
+ Stay up-to-speed on the most recent updates for impactful platforms and technologies and their implications for clients (policies, insights, restrictions) and performance (tracking).
+ Provide data analysis of campaign performance metrics to develop optimization approach to improve campaigns with different buying models and optimization techniques.
+ Keep key stakeholders, including clients and account teams, updated on campaign and account level performance via regular and ad-hoc reporting and status meetings.
+ Research the latest digital media content trends and stay up-to-date with the landscape. Provide thoughtful Point of Views (POVs) to internal media teams.
+ Explore client advertising opportunities in other e-commerce advertising platforms such as Amazon DSP and Target.com, as well as conventional DSPs such as The Trade Desk & StackAdapt.
Basic Qualifications:
+ A minimum of 10+ years of strategic experience working within the Retail Media ecosystem (Retail, Agency, Brand, Mar-Tech, and/or Ad-Tech).
Bonus Points If:
+ You have working knowledge of multiple platforms such as Amazon Media Services, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Roundel, Walmart Connect, Meta, Google, etc.
+ You know how to build strong data-driven insights within Power Point decks and deliver a concise story.
+ You have an interest in the dynamic and complex interaction between e-commerce and digital advertising.
+ You are eager to expand your expertise and have a willingness to learn and grow in other channels, platforms, etc.
+ You enjoy adaptability and flexibility, with a proven ability to seamlessly transition between diverse projects and campaigns.
+ You enjoy developing professional relationships with clients and becoming a strategic part of their ongoing operations.
+ You take pride in doing awesome work.
+ You are action and detail-oriented.
+ You have strong business management and organizational skills.
+ You have experience in Excel, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
