Job Summary
Rank and Rally is a division of Levy Restaurants that operates in venue and e-commerce retail. With over 40,000 employees across 200 locations delivering $2billion in revenue per year, Levy is responsible for millions of memorable guest experiences across some of the most iconic locations in the country.
As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience with our online store, The Bay Republic, using data to continually improve experience and drive sales of Tampa Bay Rays & Tampa Bay Rowdies product. The ideal candidate will be an experienced E-Commerce professional with expertise and passion for continually driving both revenue and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintaining and optimizing the E-Commerce operations for TheBayRepublic.com
+ Manage strategy and execution of marketing plans, encompassing email, social media, and digital marketing
+ Responsible for KPI achievement and reporting
+ Overseeing the site’s fulfillment process from picking to shipping
+ Support the on-site retail team during games to alleviate staffing concerns and build rapport with management team
Skills and Experience
+ Experience in retail and/or e-commerce environments
+ Familiarity with social media, digital advertising, Microsoft suite and data visualization tools
+ Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business/Ads Manager, Klaviyo (Email), and Canva.
+ Experience with website management platforms. Shopify preferred
+ Curiosity for new technology and retail industry trends
+ Familiarity with SEO and web design
